What we’re looking for
As a Marketing & Brand Manager, you will be responsible for increasing the share of private brands by effectively and efficiently managing assigned product categories and their characteristics in line with market needs. Ensure continuous expansion of the product range and optimization of product categories to reach the maximum number of customer segments while maintaining ROI.
Responsibilities
- Definition of Category segmentation rules and Product lines development plan for assigned product categories
- Definition of Category segmentation rules for cluster segmentation in Product Category
- Determination of demand forecast based on potential for use in demand planning
- Development of recommendations for product lines based on collected data.
- Drawing up the ToR for the creation of Trade and Sales materials and monitoring the implementation of the ToR
- Organize market, competitor research. Category, Competitor and Private Brands Products analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement.
Requirements
3+ years of relevant work experience in aftermarket spare parts (Premium brands vendors, distributors or manufacturers are preferred)
3+ years in Marketing, Analytics, Product Management or Sales;
Language Skills: English = C1, Russian = C1 (can be discussed individually with candidate)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in the following fields: merchandising, marketing, management, economics etc.
Flexibility, ability to negotiate, offer different ways to solve professional tasks
