What we’re looking for
The Integrations Analyst is responsible for the communication, management, execution and maintenance of integrations projects that allow for the integration between Autodoc’s supply chain IT systems and Supplier’s ERP.
Responsibilities
1.Execute integration projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope and timeline.
2.Manage the communication and collaboration with involved parties: IT integration department on the Supplier side, Autodoc development teams and commercial teams to plan, execute and report the status of a given integration project.
3.Provide support on existing integrations by conducting monitoring and troubleshooting, as well as managing and resolving incidents together with suppliers and internal teams.
4. Create and maintain documentation for the internal autodoc supplier integrations knowledge base.
5. Perform preliminary integration testing, analysis, and validations to ensure the proper fulfillment of requirements.
6.Identify opportunities in both technological and methodology dimensions to provide ideas for continuous improvement and development of the supplier integrations service to colleagues and management.
7.Understand, coordinate and document integration requirements with stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Essential - 1-3 years of proven experience as an integrations analyst or similar positions.
Essential - Fluent in spoken and written English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Strong - Ability to execute multiple integration projects and tasks simultaneously.
Strong - Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to work within a team of experts.
Strong - Ability to manage good relationships with both peers, stakeholders and customers.
Good - Consolidated knowledge in integration technologies (APIs, EDI, ETL tools, Enterprise Service Bus), integration protocols (FTP, HTTPS, AS2) and data formats (XML, JSON, IDOC, EDIFACT, etc)
Good - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage expected deadlines in a complex environment. Be flexible in shifting the priorities according to the situation.
Good - Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
Intermediate - Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
Basic - Experience in working with data exchange tools (i.e. Postman, FileZilla) and integration platforms (i.e. SAP CI, Mulesoft, Boomi) is a plus.
