What we’re looking for

Responsibilities:

  • Work with warranty claims, collection, and checking documentation regarding warranty cases
  • Interact with the supplier regarding reviews and resolve issues
  • Process and register warranties and supporting documents
  • Communicate with clients directly and through the Contact Center
  • Register warranties with suppliers and further forward details for checks
  • Cooperate with other company's departments
  • Provide audit of products that were sent to a supplier for checks
  • Create documentation: terms of creating requests for a supplier, terms of creating requests by a client, payments to clients, refused claims, creating and sending an appeal against refusals.

Requirements

  • Experience in the field is welcome, but not required
  • Excellent knowledge of German (written and spoken), English will be additional advantage
  • Persistence, seriousness, flexibility, initiative, result orientation
  • Articulate and correct speech
  • Result orientation, desire to influence the level of remuneration
