Professional Supplier Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

What we’re looking for
Responsibilities
- Preparation of product requirements to be transferred to suppliers and related departments based on technical tasks, market benchmark, law requirements, marking, needed product certifications and internal quality requirements.
- Coordination of execution of technical compliance staff for PPAP, drawings, product changes agreement.
- Response to violation of requirements, coordination of related departments for decision making and internal activities plan preparation.
- Monitoring changes in EU legislation and other regions which PB products supplied, transfer these updates to related departments.
- Searching and negotiation for laboratory testing, definition of test methodology, preparation of testing plan and follow-up.
- Preparation of list of criteria for incoming inspection based on technical task, law requirements, market claims, internal issues, product changes implementation.
- Response to third parties requests (government, customers)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in automotive supplier quality management, product quality engineering, or a related field in automotive manufacturing or Tier 1 / Tier 2 supplier industry
- Proven experience in product quality assurance, measurement, and continuous improvement processes
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously
- Certification(s) in automotive quality management systems (e.g., IATF 16949, VDA 6.3)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, or relevant technical field; master’s degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards (ISO/TS 16949, IATF 16949) and problem- solving tools (8D, 5 whys, Ishikawa diagrams)
- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, preferably in the components domain
- Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers effectively
- English B2+, Russian fluent
