What we’re looking for

• Support the H&S Manager in the development, implementation, coordination, and verification of the Health & Safety (H&S) management system and related programs and plans.
• Administration of systems and processes that support H&S management.
• Monitoring, measurement, analysis, and management related to H&S processes.
• Participation in the planning, coordination, and implementation of processes at a strategic level.
• Cooperation with the global H&S department and external/internal stakeholders in the development and implementation of H&S management systems, programs, and initiatives.
• Comprehensive support for all topics concerning occupational safety, health management, and environmental protection.
• Support in conducting H&S program audits.
• Participation in incident and accident investigations and H&S risk assessments.
• Providing support in achieving and maintaining compliance with legal requirements in the field of occupational health and safety.
• Implementation of the training program and further education for employees, management, and key team members.
• Ensuring reporting and maintenance of relevant H&S documentation.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in the H&S field.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in Health and Safety, preferably in logistics, automotive, or a similar industrial environment within a recognized international organization.
• Fluent in English and Czech (additional languages, e.g., German, Polish, are a significant advantage).
• Experience in management or coordination roles.
• Class B driver's license.
