Specialist (m/w/x) Procurement Operations

What we’re looking for
- Process and review incoming company procurement and customs documentation.
- Control the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of submitting documents.
- Enter required information on orders, additional expenses, create requests for payment, and track counterparty information into the database.
- Transfer incoming documents for accounting to the accounting department.
- Monitor orders prior to closing and submit correct documentation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably majoring in the field trading, accounting or finance or a related field
- Relevant experience (2+ years) in working with documentary support (e.g. accounting, transaction support, etc.)
- Readiness to work with large amounts of information
- Knowledge of Excel and Google sheets
- Systems thinking and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Language skills: Russian - fluent, English - B1 (Intermediate)
