Specialist (m/w/x) Procurement Operations

What we’re looking for

• Process and review incoming company procurement and customs documentation. 
• Control the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of submitting documents.
• Enter required information on orders, additional expenses, create requests for payment, and track counterparty information into the database.
• Transfer incoming documents for accounting to the accounting department.
• Monitor orders prior to closing and submit correct documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably majoring in the field trading, accounting or finance  or a related field
• Relevant experience (2+ years) in working with documentary support (e.g. accounting, transaction support, etc.)
• Readiness to work with large amounts of information
• Knowledge of Excel and Google sheets
• Systems thinking and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Language skills: Russian - fluent, English - B1 (Intermediate)
