What we’re looking for

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Corporate IT Director's calendar by preparing daily, weekly and monthly schedules; to continuously look for ways to increase deep work time you filter out the distractions by analyzing the time spent

  • Manage (business) trips, meetings with partners and absence like vacation and sick leaves

  • Process and structure all inbound communication and you draft the communication to teams and colleagues by preparing notes/updates/news for upcoming meetings

  • Prepare executive summaries on key projects and you manage all related administrative work like translations/proofreading/compliance etc.

  • Collect and structure initial feedbacks for quarterly and annual performance reviews with direct reports

  • Conduct research and you prepare executive summaries regarding business/market/competition/talent etc.

  • Automate as many tasks and processes as possible to ensure efficiency in the daily work

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in assisting a top manager in an international, dynamic and fast-growing environment - e-commerce background as a plus

  • Fluent English and Russian skills

  • Excellent communication skills - spoken and written - to ensure professional interactions with employees from all levels of our organization

  • Ability to work well under pressure, especially when it comes to meeting deadlines while remaining calm and on top of things

  • You are a master of organization - you know how to stay on top of a schedule, - oversee ongoing changes and how to prioritize tasks and information properly

  • You are reliable and trustworthy - you handle confidential information properly

  • You are tech savvy and you have the ability to familiarize yourself with new tools quickly
