What we’re looking for
Responsibilities:
- Assist in configuring and maintaining Jira projects, workflows, custom fields, and permissions.
- Support users with Jira-related issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing guidance.
- Manage user access, roles, and security settings.
- Assist in integrating Jira with other tools and applications.
- Participate in Jira instance upgrades and system improvements.
- Document Jira configurations, best practices, and training materials.
- Script Development.
- Working with Jira DB.
- Strong knowledge of Jira/Confluence administration (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong scripting or automation knowledge (e.g., Jira Query Language - JQL, Groovy, Python) is a plus.
- Experience with Bitbucket, or other Atlassian tools is an advantage.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical teams.
- English proficiency (spoken and written)
