What we’re looking for

As the Professional Procurement and Purchasing you will management of cooperation and relationships with the suppliers, search of new suppliers and cooperation policy fulfillment. 

Responsibilities

• Search of new suppliers and items according to the team's priority and stimulation of competence in the existing categories in the scope of cooperation policy 
• Interaction with suppliers on development of cooperation questions, inquiry of the necessary information and procurement support processes (packaging, drawings, document flow)
• Negotiating with the assigned suppliers, improvement of commercial purchase terms (price terms, payment terms, MOQ, MOV)
• Provision of the actual fulfillment of the previously confirmed commercial terms with the suppliers, risk control in the scope of the confirmed purchase policy, solving discrepancy issues (claims, certification, packaging)
• Organization of regular meetings and online conferences with the leaders of the assigned suppliers.
• Receiving information from the suppliers in the scope of product manufacturing and product quality and safety demands 
• Updating correct master data of the suppliers in the system, on time updating information about changes of commercial terms 
• Updating suppliers Base, informational actualization of the existing suppliers
• Inquiry of the respective certificates and PPAP for the supplier's check by PQRM, along with the other information needed for the development of cooperation 
• Improving the shipment terms by suppliers, work on claims.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in the similar area
• Advanced Negotiations & Building relationships with suppliers
• Category management skills
• Strong Problem Solving skills
• Proficient multi-tasking and prioritization
• Data Analysis skills
• Claims management
• English proficiency level B2 or higher
• Higher education in Economics/Logistics or related field

• Knowledge of Auto parts manufacturers brands
• Knowledge of Auto Parts consumption patterns of key customers
• Knowledge of legal aspects
• Chinese proficiency level HSK/YCT 3
• Proficient knowledge of Excel and Google sheets
