What we’re looking for
We’re seeking an experienced Business Developer who thrives on building strategic partnerships, unlocking high-value opportunities, and leading growth. You’ll take charge of expanding our AUTODOC B2B (Trader) Projects, bringing top European auto parts brands to high-profile wholesalers and distributors. As you deliver results, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead a sales team on a country and regional level, shaping our B2B business development and sales strategy.
This role can be based remotely in Poland, Germany, France, Italy or Portugal.
What You’ll Do
Acquire and manage strategic accounts, focusing on larger wholesalers and distributors.
Lead high-impact negotiations and close complex deals that drive significant revenue growth.
Oversee the full sales process: from prospecting and solution design to closing contracts and ensuring seamless delivery.
Develop tailored, high-value solutions for key clients, aligning offers with their long-term business objectives.
Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with clients to ensure retention and expansion.
Coordinate with logistics, export, and service partners to secure competitive rates and ensure flawless delivery.
Collaborate with accounting, marketing, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure service excellence for high-value clients.
Use CRM, ERP, and analytics tools to track pipeline health, forecast sales, and identify growth opportunities.
Present strategic account performance and growth plans to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Mentor and support team members as the sales team expands, contributing to hiring and training initiatives.
Your Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience managing B2B client relationships in automotive aftermarket sales, with a focus on larger, strategic accounts.
Demonstrated success in closing high-value deals and driving revenue growth in competitive markets.
Fluency in English and another European Language, preferable German/French/Italian/Spanish
Ability to oversee complex negotiations and manage multiple large-scale accounts simultaneously.
Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify long-term opportunities.
Willingness and readiness to develop new markets, high-profile clients, and new business territories.
Skilled at analyzing market data and account performance to design high-impact, tailored solutions.
Advanced CRM and Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel for sales tracking and forecasting.
Proven track record of consistently achieving and surpassing ambitious sales goals.
Leadership potential with experience mentoring peers or contributing to team development initiatives.
